Prison Braille Unit helps children in Malawi
Justice Minister David Ford is pictured at Maghaberry Prison where prisoners in the Braille Unit, made story books and a Children's Bible for use in a school for blind children in Malawi. Ford launches new autism guide for criminal justice professionals
Justice Minister David Ford launched a new guide at Stormont for criminal justice professionals who may come into contact with someone with autism. He was joined at the launch by Maura Campbell from DOJ, Claire Burke who has autism and Shirelle Stewart from the Autistic Society NI.

Justice Minister David Ford visited St Malachy’s College in North Belfast where he met Paul Hamilton, a recipient of the Justice in the Community Award. A Youth Development Manager for St Patrick’s Football Club, Paul received the award for delivering services to young people within his community as a volunteer for over 25 years
