The Helpline staff can tell you:
- if an application form has been received;
- the date it was received;
- if processing of the application form has started;
- if processing is complete and the date a certificate was issued;
- where the application form is for a Basic or Standard Disclosure, they can also make an informed estimate as to when the certificate will be posted to you.
