Customer Surveys
The results of our Customer Survey are now available.
We would like to thank everyone who responded to the survey and we are very pleased that the level of overall customer satisfaction has risen from 60% in 2008 to 87% in this most recent survey. We aim to continue to improve on this and so will be considering the results and hope to provide an update in our next Newsletter.
