Management Team
The Chief Executive is supported in his responsibilities by the FSNI Executive Board (EB) comprising of 6 Directors of FSNI together with two Non-Executive Directors, both of whom have experience outside of forensic science.

The Executive Board are supported by the Agency's Management Committee and Audit Committee.
The Management Committee's main purpose is to manage the day to day operation of the Agency to ensure that FSNI delivers on the Business Plan and Balanced scorecard objectives and targets within the available resources.
The Audit Committee is chaired by one of the Non Executive Directors detailed above. The Audit Committee is established to support the Accounting Officer in his responsibilities for issues of risk, corporate governance, internal control and associated assurance.
