The Department of Justice is carrying out a consultation on Part One of Sunita Mason’s Review of the criminal records regime in Northern Ireland which was published on 12 August 2011.
The consultation document seeks views on specific aspects of the Report. These are –

- Whether disclosures can be made “portable” within but not across different sectors of employment; and
- Whether police information should form part of AccessNI disclosures.
