This paper is concerned with improving access to justice and seeks views on the realignment of the tribunals system in Northern Ireland
The Department would welcome your views on matters raised by the paper, preferably submitted in the accompanying questionnaire. It is intended that policy proposals advised by the views expressed by consultees will be subject to a public consultation exercise early next year.
